Second session of Graston and ART.  The Graston was a little less comfortable than last time.... and the ART?  Well, I swore out loud.  Another session on Monday.

  hhahahaa! I might just start doing that on a regular basis. Perhaps I'll start tomorrow during the treatment.

  There is catharsis in swearing out loud. My uncle was a lawyer and had 3 PHDs. He swore in meter and verse. We were casting a crab net once and he actually said " Damnit to hell, I can not see, for I left my specs at home. Give it a try. It makes people laugh.
