Today I did 20 minutes of pilates because I hardly had anytime to go to the gym but I tell you what, it was so challenging. I did a 10 minute ab pilates workout and 10 minute pilates back workout. It was very intense.
There's a girl on youtube who has heaps of pilates workouts and health tips on her channel so I thought I might share it to whoever's reading and finds it hard to fit exercise in. There's heaps of 10 minute workouts. I think her name is blogilates? But yeah she's cool!
I'm not usually this busy during the day but I find if I do no exercise at all I will find it hard to get back in.
