Plan 6-26-12

Plan for today:

1. Eat a fresh healthful breakfast. (Achieved)
2. Do 2 miles of Leslie Sansone's DVD and ten minutes of Jillian's 30 Day Shred DVD. 
3. Take 30 minute nap before work. 
4. Walk to work and home from work.
5. Take Nalgene to work. Drink more water!!!
6. Be in bed resting by no later than 11:30pm. 

Total Fitness Minutes: 60
