Today I walked 2.09 miles in 45 minutes, 2 sets of 10 hip abbductors and adduction, leg extensions, the leg thing with the weights that Erin made me do. As always exercise in groups with KB.
Then went to Cracker Barrell and had 10 garlic pepper wings, 4 pints of water, 1 vodka and seltzer w/ lime, and 2 energy and flavored vodka. Went home at 10:30. Katie working the bar.
