Planning Out My Work-Out
I am setting my start date to go back to the Gym, as of September 1st, 2014. I am really excited! I am already a member of my local gym, and have already gone in for basic Cardio!
My goal is that by the end of December, I will have reached 54kgs. I'm not too far off, I just noticed that for some reason I easily jumped back up to 65kgs in the span of 3 months. That isn't my ideal body weight and have no real reason to be that weight. OK, maybe enjoying my food too much, and not watching what my body actually requires!
If I do better than expected it will be a brand new outlook into the New Year. I will continue to work out and rebuild my lost muscle after not working out for such a long time..
I was a total gym-rat and well-rounded athlete as a teenager. After having kids and falling into the care-free mommy life. I have managed to keep a good weight due to old habits and healthy eating... but I am noticing that my strength and endurance have sloppied!
