PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION!
I have started a 5 days a week 2 hour long fullbody workout. How long will it take for me to see results? And my desired results are a thinner appearance, to possibly loose a little weight, I weigh 150 and I'm 5 ft, id like to maybe be 130. Id like all of this, without loosing my breasts, is this possible though this workout?
