Warm Up: ETK 9:00 - included dowel deads - two sets of ten in the rotation along with two sets of five pullups
Thoughts: Tried a pistol on each side. Almost easy. Ha... but I did feel a pull in the extended leg on the way up. I'm stronger, this I know.
