Program Minimum

Start: 7:03am
Finish: 7:50am

Warm Up: ETK 9:00 - included dowel deads - two sets of ten in the rotation along with two sets of five pullups

Practice: fiddled around

TGU's: Two/side naked TGUs for warmup and groove then 12kg - 3/side 5:44

Roller & Stretch: 17:00

Thoughts: Tried a couple of pistols.. not too bad...

TGU's were a little off.. still need some work.
