Program Minimum

Start: 7:03am
Finish: 8:04am

Warm Up: ETK - 9:45 with 2x7 pull ups and 2x10 dowel deads

Practice: 16kg Goblet Squats five sets of two

Manmakers: 20kg - 142

Roller & Stretch: 17:00 - shavasana

Thoughts: Swings look a little better... will send a video review.. scared!
