Program Minimum

Start: 7:03am
Finish: 8:04am

Warm Up: ETK - 9:45 with 2x5 pull ups and 2x10 dowel deads

Practice: 20kg Presses, Cleans and Snatches... two sets of five each. 9:40 - almost lost the bell once on a snatch.

TGU: 3/side with 12kg - 5:45

Roller & Stretch: 23:00 plus shavasana

Thoughts: Today felt pretty good. Debating taking next week off. Have been at it for about six weeks now.
