Program Minimum

Start: 7:11am
Finish: 8:13am

Warm Up: ETK - 8:45 with 2x5 pull ups and 2x10 dowel deads

Practice: Goblet Squats 5 sets of 1 with the 16kg - spent some time at the bottom

Presses: two sets of five per side with the 20kg

TGU: 3/side with 12kg - 6:00

Roller & Stretch: 27:00

Thoughts: Things felt good today. A few more days and see if the planned HKC goes ahead. If not, track down an RKC to correct swing issues.
