Program Minimum

Start: 2:01pm
Finish: 2:45pm

Warm Up: 9:00

Practice: KB deads 2x10 with 24kg

Manmakers: 12:00 - no prescribed work to rest ratio today. Just did what felt right. 144 swings.

HR hit 162bpm

Roller & Stretch: Just roller today - 7:30

Thoughts: Today felt good. I'm focusing on sitting back more and bending the knees for the swing.

Right glute still feels to be an issue.
