Program Minimum

Start: 9:03am
Finish: 9:40am

Warm Up: 7:30 - various

Practice: Crow pose and 1 leg/1 arm pushup. ha.

TGU: Naked - 5:00 - not sure how many each side I did.

Roller & Stretch: Just roller today - 12:00

Thoughts: today felt fine. Nice focus with no weight.
