Program Minimum

Start: 7:06am
Finish: 8:15am

Warm Up: 11:30 - HKC

Practice: Dowel Deads 2x10 - KB Pendulum 8/10 (almost fell over on first set) - Crow Pose - KB DL (20kg) 2x5 - Power Swing (20kg) 2x5 - Swing (32kg) 5/9

TGU: 12kg - 6:00 - Three per side

Roller & Stretch: 14:30

Thoughts: Power swings felt goofy. Maybe the weight was too light. Reg swings with the 32kg felt alright. Hm... still feel form was 'iffy.' TGUs felt not too bad. The 12kg is still a good challenge.
