Program Minimum

Start: 7:12am
Finish: 8:13am

Warm Up: 10:45 - HKC

Practice: 2x10 DD - KB Pendulums with the 32kg - KG DLs with the 32kg

Manmakers: 12:00 - 20/20 work to rest. 139 swings with the 32kg

Roller & Stretch: 18:30

Thoughts: 32kg Swings felt better than the 24kg. Will upload video for review to those in the know. :) I didn't feel as though I was using my legs or back today.
