Program Minimum

Start: 7:07am
Finish: 8:074am

Warm Up: 12:30 - HKC

Practice: KB Pendulums with the 32kg - KB DL 2x5 with the 32kg - Dowel DLs 2x10

Manmakers: 12:00 - 20/20 work to rest. 139 swings with the 32kg - HR 162bpm

Roller & Stretch: Roller - 16:30

Thoughts: Today was good.. was bagged towards the end, though. Need to slow the swings down a bit.
