Program Minimum

Start: 7:06am
Finish: 8:07am

Warm Up: 11:30 - HKC

Practice: Pistol (BW) 2/side - Pistol with the 16kg 1-L and a fail on the R - practiced Crow Pose for 2:00

TGU: 20kg - 4:50 - Two per side

Roller & Stretch: 28:00

Thoughts: Twinge of pain in the left elbow.. overall, today was great. Finished with savasana an relaxed, despite the gym monkey.
