Program Minimum

Start: 7:01am
Finish: 7:56am

Warm Up: 11:30 - HKC

Practice: Goblet Squat (16kg) 2/2/2 Cleans (16kg) 5 Presses (16kg) 5 Snatches (16kg) 5 - 10:30

TGU: 16kg - 5:00 - Two per side

Roller & Stretch: 21:00

Thoughts: Felt pretty good. However, I think I may have pulled something in my right delt/lat. A little tight. I may make a chiro appointment.
