Program Minimum

Start: 7:03am
Finish: 7:57am

Warm Up: 10:00 - HKC

Practice: KB Pendulums with the 32kg - KB DL 2x5 with the 32kg - Dowel DLs 2x10

Manmakers: 12:20 - No assigned work to rest. 135 swings with the 32kg.

Roller & Stretch: Roller - 17:00

Thoughts: Sitting back feels better. More normal. Must stand tall and tighten tummy.

Had a chiro appt after. Need to loosen my hips/pelvis more - dig deep with the roller.
