Start: 7:04am
Finish: 8:07am

Warm Up: HKC - Dowel Deads - Pendulum - KB DL - 16:30

Practice: Cleans/Presses/Snatches 2x5 each with the 16kg - Crow Pose

Manmakers: 12:00 with no prescribed work or rest periods - 32kg - 112 swings... boo.

Roller & Stretch: 12:30 - mostly roller with some hip flexor stretches

Thoughts: Good to be back in the gym after a wonky schedule for the last few weeks. Didn't seem to have the oomph today. I'm gonna stick with the PM till my log book is full... about a dozen more practice sessions then onto the Rite of Passage.
