Program Minimum

Start: 7:08am
Finish: 8:12am

Warm Up: 10:30 - HKC

Practice: C&P - 20kg 5/5x2 - Goblet Squat 16kg 1/1 - Crow Pose

TGU: 16kg - 6:50 - 3/side

Roller & Stretch: 25:30

Thoughts: Felt pretty good today. Tried to not let my mind wander too much so I was able to focus more on the task at hand. That's been a bit of an issue the past few months.
