Program Minimum

Start: 7:03am
Finish: 8:11am

Warm Up: 15:30 - HKC - hip compass

Practice: DD - 2x10 followed by crow pose :05/:22/:25 - almost there!

TGU: 12kg - 6:50 - three per side

Roller & Stretch: 32:00

Thoughts: I really want this hip/back thing to go away. Ugh. Hopefully tomorrow after the physio visit it'll clear up, or at least start...

TGUs were not too bad. Could feel it in my hip, though.
