Program Minimum

Start: 7:14am
Finish: 8:15am

Warm Up: 11:30 - HKC

Followed the warmup with compass 3/side - and 2x10 dowel deads

Practice: Crow pose.... might have hit :30 - that's the goal

TGU: 20kg - 4:45 - two per side

Stretch: 18:30

Thoughts: Not too bad today. I started to feel my hip/back get sore with the TGUs... This issue is nearing a year old, although it was likely a problem long before then.

IMS on Tuesday.
