Post-Workout Day 1
I DID IT! Lol... I must admit, I almost punked out and let my mind get the best of me. I didn't though, and I did the full body home workout. It was better than I expected. I don't usually work my full body. I always just target the areas I want to improve and work them the best I can. However, it was nice to work out specific muscles and feel them ignite and start to burn. I also enjoyed the little stretches in between. I learned that push-ups are my worst enemy. I can barely do them even with my knees down. I also struggled with the lunges, but that is nothing new. I think my knees are at fault for that. I only have 3lb dumbells which didn't feel like enough so I tried holding 5lb bar weights and it worked for some exercises. I really need to invest in better equipment. When I do have some spending money though, I always try and get the children things that they need. So I will make due with what I have for now. If it becomes something consistant, I will see what I can do. I did try and do the video I saved afterwards. I did as much as I could, but a bunch of the exercises hurt my knees and I was pretty tired already. I think I worked out for about 2 hours. I'm not sure if that is good or bad. I finished off with a small protein/greens shake and Belvita breakfast bars thingy. Trying to eat as healthy as I can. Doesn't help that I can smell my buttery popcorn microwave every time I walk in the kitchen. It is clean, but I think so much popcorn has been made in it that it will always smell like it. My addiction has rubbed off on both my girls. They absolutely love popcorn too and I'm pretty sure we keep Pop Secret in business. Anyways, enough about the stupid popcornnn... I'm going to go wipe off the drool and get me a shower. Praying for motivation tomorrow. Xo
