Post-Workout Day 2
I have come to realize that I am only blogging for myself. I really don't care though. I had hopes that this site might have some other people going through similar situations that I might be able to connect with, but it seems like nobody uses it anymore. It doesn't matter though. I still want to try this, and I like to journal my thoughts. It helps me to grow and understand myself through this journey.
I actually feel great after this workout. Maybe because before I started I ate a Cliff bar and had a bottle of water instead of just coffee. I don't know, but I do feel good and I'm not going to question it anymore. My aches and pains are gone for now. I know I will probably feel them here in a bit. I found a better workout video to do after my full body workout to target my glutes and it was great! It didn't hurt my knees. Them stupid push-ups kill me. I don't know why I can't do them cotton pickin' things. I tried inclining myself so I can at least attempt the sets. I can use a counter top and at least get a good amount out of me. From the floor though I swear I look pitiful. Lol...I still worked out for 1 hour and 45 minutes. A little better than yesterday. I had my protein/greens shake afterwards. I'm still hungry though. Maybe a little bit of popcorn won't hurt. :)
Just kiddinggg...kind of...
I'm going to go take a stupid shower.
Praying I can continue to feel good and that this feeling doesn't go away. Xoxoxxx
