Post-Workout Day 4
Okay, so I doubled the weight I was using and it definitely was harder. Lol...I struggled a little bit but feel I got a better workout. I used to do yoga and have always heard emotions come up while doing it for some people. That women especially hold a lot of emotions in their hips. Well, I never knew what that meant until now. It's starting to piss me off that while trying to workout I get emotional, and it only happens when I work that area! I am trying to use the pain as fuel and not let it get the best of me. It's hard to explain, but I promise you I don't like it. I also learned today to splurge and use almond milk with your protein shake. Water isn't nearly as good. Blehh.. at least my Cliff Bar is still good. :)
