Post-Workout Day 6

That was the best workout I have had yet. Except for all I could think about was what I was going to eat afterwards. Lol..I already sucked down my protein shake. I feel like I'm starving lately. I can't wait to go shop today. I have to fill this house up with healthy options to snack on. I absolutely love to eat. :)

So, I went out on a limb and pulled out the curl bar and some weights I have. I put 30 on it for squats, and then went down to 20 for some of the other workouts I could use it with. It felt great! I knew I needed more weight. It's so crazy to think I was sore after using little 3lb dumbells in the beginning, and it's only day 6. I must admit, I did squeal a little after my tricep workouts when I seen some definition. That motivated me so much. I added an extra ab workout from the exercises on here, and added extra sets to a few of the other ones. Anddd did my Brutal Booty afterwards. I feel great. :)

Oh, and I did all my push-ups off of the counter and only struggled a tiny bit on the last few reps of the set. Yayyyy! 

Now to find me some FOOD. :)
