Pre-Workout Day 1
Ughhhh I am not feeling it today. That lack of motivation is definitely still there. I am on my second cup of coffee and really trying to stay positive. I just hope that I get something out of this workout and it's something worth sticking with. I looked up some other workouts to target my problem areas to do as well if I am left wanting more. I saved a 30 minute ab/butt/thighs video, but hopefully I don't need it. Well, the last child is about to get on the bus. I suppose I should go get ready. Ughhhh lol
