Pre-Workout Day 2
Not really sure how I feel today. The sunrise was absolutely beautiful. I am so blessed to watch it come up through some undeveloped acreage behind my house every morning. Watching the glowing pinks and golds rising through the trees and glistening off the land leaves you speechless. There is just something special about a sunrise. I just love being outside, and my favorite place to be is in the woods. I am at home and feel closest to God there. It has a constant pull at me and it's really hard to focus on my responsibilities and not go fish or explore.
Anywaysss... I am a little sore from yesterday. Specifically, my chest and whatever muscles you use to get up and down from squatting. Lol.. I started to feel that awkwardness with the fridge when making eye contact too long after trying to find the something on the bottom shelf. Other than that I feel okay. I am not wanting to stay home and workout as you can probably tell from the beginning of this, but I have to still do my daily responsibilities and if I'm going to make a change I suppose my workout should become a part of them. It's just such a beautiful day and the wind is calm and I know the fish have got be biting. I'm stuck between that and still holding back from making me a big ol bowl of buttery popcorn and finding a good comedy to snuggle with my dog to.
