just some random training thoughts...

i used to absolutely hate leg days. i would think of ways and excuses to skip them. squats were my worst enemy and lunges killed my knees.

not anymore.

now i can't wait for leg days. since the end of my physical therapy, i've actually been able to do everything more effeciently because of my 10-week lesson in correct posture. i also credit the massive amount of plyometrics and other explosive movements i've added to my workout routine.

in short, yay for legs.
