Pretty nice leg day

Did squats today(getting to use too darn many plates on the leg press and more work unloading the thing!! So, I decided to to switch up and do some squats. I was surprised how strong I felt in them, don't do them often, felt like I easily could have gone on with more, but for the sake of my lower back my better sense told me to stop, even on the last 2 sets I stopped short of exhaustion.

Squats
Sets....185x10,225x10,255x8,165x6,265x6

Upright hack squats
Sets....180x10,200x10,220x8(this was a first for me)

Leg extensions(position #1 overload middle)
sets....80x10,95x10,100x8

Leg extensions(position #2 overload end)
Sets....90x10,100x10

Lying leg curls
Sets....90x10,105x7,120x3(this was also a first for me...I usually am good for 3 at 105, so big step up here)

Superset Abductors with Adductors
Sets...130x15,140x15/130x15,140x15

Standing calf raises
Sets....495x20,495x20,495x20
