OK, so i haven't done my routines i'm suggested to do. I just can't get motivated enough to get off my butt to do anything. Today i went with my aunt thrift store shopping....and bought a scale...ugh. I was NOT happy with what it said because in the last few months i have gained more weight instead of losing it. I can't afford the gym, which i feel if i could go there i would see others working out and it would get me moving more. It would be soooo much easier if i had someone to kick me in the butt everyday and make me do SOMETHING lol Anyone have any suggestions on how to get my mind set better and get me more motivated to move around? I'm lazy i know i'm lazy, i keep telling my self "ok tomorrow, i have to do this" then tomorrow comes and i do the same old thing...nothing.
