Finish: 8:03am

Warm Up: 5:00 KB warm up

Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

TGUs: 16 kg - 5:30 - three per side

Front Squat: 95x8x5
--
SLDL: 95x8x5
--
Roller and Stretch: 13:45

Thoughts: Good to be back in a gym!

Not too bad today. Last couple of TGUs were iffy.. but the space I was using was pretty cramped and that may have played a part.
