Warm Up: 5:00 KB warm up

Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

TGUs: 20 kg - 5:30 - three per side

Front Squat: 95x8x5
SLDL: 110x8/115x8x2/120x8x2
--
Roller and Stretch: 15:00

Thoughts: TGUs seemed a tad sloppy at times. Kinda hit and miss lately with them.

Overall, decent.
