Start: 7:10am
Finish: 8:04am

Warm Up: 5:30 KB warm up

Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

TGUs: 12 kg - 5:00 - three per side

Front Squat: 95x8/105x8x4
SLDL: 120x8/125x8x4
--
Roller and Stretch: 12:30

Thoughts: Kept the TGUs light today to concentrate on form. Likely a good thing since I felt a pain in my left shoulder. This must have happened during the TJBs. I never felt it at the time of the burpees. Weird. It seemed to work itself out afterward. Three and a half hours later I can still feel some soreness from it.

Overall, decent.
