TGUs: 29kg - 5:30 - three per side

Pullups: 5x5

Roller & Stretch: 14:00

Thoughts: Pleased with the day. TGUs seemed fairly solid. Very pleased with the pullups. Nice height on all of them and they almost seemed easy. Almost.
