Program Minimum

Start: 10:25am
Finish: 11:14am

Warm Up: KB Warm up 5:30

Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

Practice: cleans 6:00

Manmakers: 24kg - 12:00 - 34-45 seconds rest - total swings - 170

Roller & Stretch: 14:00

Thoughts: Cleans are the toughest thing for me. Especially on the left side. I have no idea why. Practice, practice, practice.

Today I was shaky throughout. I think I waited too long after eating to swing today. Overall, though, not too bad.
