Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

Manmakers: 12:00 with the 20kg 190 swings total - really wasn't keeping track of work/rest at this time

BO Rows: 110x8x5

Roller & Stretch: 14:00

Thoughts: Swings were good today. It may have been due to a change in scenery. I usually do them in one of the studios, but moved to the main floor today. Was focusing on rythym and breathing... seemed to have hit a stride.
