Start: 7:05am
Finish: 7:54am

Warm Up: KB warm up 5:30

Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

TGUs: 20kg - 5:30 - three per side

DL: 175x5x5

Roller & Stretch: 15:30

Thoughts: TGUs were pretty good today. Not as sloppy as they have been.

Tuck Jump Burpees still suck.

DLs were good. I really want to ensure good for before going heavier.
