Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

Practice: cleans 5:00

Manmakers: 16kg - 12:00 - 30ish seconds rest. 203 total swings...

Roller & Stretch: 16:30

Thoughts: the goal for 16kg swings in 12:00 is 300. 97 to go.
