Warm Up: 5:00 KB warmup

Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

Manmakers: 16kg, TH Swings - 213 in 12:00. Goal is 300.

Roller & Stretch: 15:30

Thoughts: Slept in today for about twenty minutes. So, I dropped the BP and BOR I was going to do.
