Program Minimum

I had a couple clients cancel at the gym tonight, so I thought, why not take advantage of the energy of the people around. I usually workout in the morning when it's empty or nobody is there... tonight, it felt different... kinda good to switch the time up occasionally I think.

So, I decided to do swings:

12:00 - 16kg bell - 231 total swings. The goal is still 300 with the 16kg.
