Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

TGUs: 20kg, 5:22, 3/side

Pull Ups: 5x5

Roller & Stretch: Upper body. 9:00

Thoughts: Dropped the planned DLs today. I had too much going on at the office today. Pull ups were a struggle today, too. wow.
