Program Minimum

Start: 7:08am
Finish: 8:00am

Warm Up: KB Warm up - 7:00 with some shoulder mobility

Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

TGUs: 12kg - 5:30 - didn't count reps

Pushups: 5 sets of 10
Pullups: 3 sets of 5 and two sets of 4

Roller and Stretch: 17:30 with some neck stretches, too.

Thoughts: Light TGUs today as I wanted to focus on form.

I guess I should up the burpees... man, I hate those things.

Really tried to focus on correct form with the pushups.. I hope I got it. They are very challenging.

Pretty good today.
