Start: 7:09am
Finish: 8:03am

Warm Up: KB 5:20

Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

Practice Cleans: 5:00

Manmakers: 12:00 with the 20kg bell - 198 in total.

Roller and Stretch: 20:00

Thoughts: Dumped planned DLs today. I just didn't seem too into it today. I was two shy of the 200 swing goal with the 20kg.
