Finish: 8:01am

Warm Up: KB 5:00

Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

Manmakers: 20kg - 12:00 - 205 total... 200 was the goal...

Pushups: 5x5
Pullups: 4x5/1x3
---
Roller and Stretch: 15:00

Thoughts: Okay, broke the 200 barrier... I'll try for some consistency with it and then go for 250.

Need some work on my pushup form.
