Start: 7:09am
Finish: 7:57am

Warm Up: KB 5:20

Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

TGUs: 16kg - 5:30 - three per side

Squats: 95x5x10

Roller & Stretch: 16:45

Thoughts: Still trying to keep good form on the squats without going too low. I felt it in the abs today. More glute focus is needed.

TGU's weren't too bad. Left is still a little bit of a challenge.
