Tuck Jump Burpees: 10

Manmakers: 12:00 - 20kg - 199 (missed it by one)

Deadlifts: 135x5/185x5/185x5/185x5/2 05x5

Roller & Stretch: 14:00

Thoughts: Not too bad.. I noticed today I have quads. :)
