Finish: 7:52am

Warm Up: 5:20 - KB

Tuck Jump Burpess: 10

TGUs: 5:10 - 3/side - 12kg

Snatches: 5:00 - 20kg - 80

Roller & Stretch: 17:30

Thoughts: Made the short term goal of 80 snatches... next is 90... by the end of the month I'm hoping for 100.
