Start: 7:02am
Finish: 7:57am

Warm Up: KB warm up - Shoulders - 9:30

Practice: Cleans/Presses/Snatches - sets of five for 9:00

Manmakers: 12:00 - 30-40 sec rest - sets of 15 reps - total 180 swings

Roller & Stretch: 15:30

Thoughts: Shoulder still feels a little "off." Not quite right, but much better. I'll keep working the shoulders during warmup. Overall, pretty good today.
